Consulting
A lot of the times, whether it's for Residential or Commercial Construction, a discussion about planning is needed in order to execute your vision.
- Determine initial project scope.
- Deliver preliminary budget.
- Adjustments and addendums to original project scope.
- Deliver consulting services.
Pre-Construction
Before construction, the raw land may not be ready. This is when we assess if the project first needs blasting, tree clearing, grading, utility installation, or other services.
- If land surveying is complete, assess grades and setbacks.
- Identify specific markers to determine construction site.
- If applicable, clear and / or grade the construction site.
- If appicable, ensure utilities are installed for construction site.
Construction
When the local town or city grants a building permit, all prerequisites are met and construction can begin.
- Review and accept architectural plan.
- Deliver preliminary budget.
- Set production schedule and hire necessary crew.
- Complete construction and determine if executed properly according to approved plan.
Maintenance
After a property is constructed, routine maintenance may be required. This is especially true for Commercial Constructions where we work with Property Managers.
- Determine regular maintenance services, if applicable.
- Schedule regular maintenance services.
- Deliver appropirate routine maintainence to maximize the overall life of the property.
